kronical does not provide personal recommendations, investment research, or opinions intended to advise you on the merits of any particular transaction, security, or strategy.

References within the Service to "context", "background", "state of play", "key developments", "recent developments", "analysis", "why it matters", "why this matched", "implications", "brief", "morning brief", "signal", "conviction" or "radar" outputs, or any similar labels, sections, features, or explanations, however described, are general informational commentary only. They may include scenario-based discussion, prioritisation across the tickers, sectors and themes covered by your team of agents by degree of change, or possible consequences, but they are not instructions, recommendations, or a personal recommendation to take (or refrain from taking) any action.

Where content discusses possible future developments, potential consequences, or implications, such statements are inherently uncertain, may not materialise, and do not predict market outcomes. Markets are influenced by numerous factors beyond the scope of kronical's content.

02AAsk and other conversational features

The Service includes conversational features (including Ask) that allow you to put questions to kronical in plain English. Responses are general informational commentary only and are produced on the same basis as the rest of the Service. They are not personal recommendations, not investment advice, and not instructions to buy, sell, or hold any security, asset, or financial product, regardless of how a question is phrased.

If you ask a question about a specific position, trade, or what you should do, kronical is designed not to answer that question on its merits. It will decline to give a directional answer and may instead describe what has recently changed for the relevant ticker, sector, or theme. Any directional, advisory, or recommendatory language that nevertheless appears in a response is unintended, is not advice, and the rest of this Disclaimer - in particular sections 02, 03 and 04 - applies to it in full.

03You are responsible for your decisions

You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information obtained through kronical. You should independently verify any information before acting on it and, where appropriate, seek advice from a qualified professional.

04Accuracy, timeliness and AI limitations

kronical surfaces information from third-party sources and generates briefings, summaries, alerts and context using automated systems, including artificial intelligence. These outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, delayed, or out of date. kronical makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any content.

AI systems can produce unintended outputs. This includes fabricated facts, figures or quotations; reasoning that sounds confident but is wrong; and text that reads as a personal recommendation or as an instruction to buy, sell, hold, or take any other action. The Service is designed not to produce such outputs, but they cannot be fully prevented. Where they occur, they are not intended as advice, instruction, or a recommendation, regardless of how they are phrased, and must not be relied upon or acted upon as such.

04AHow AI is used, and its limits

The Service uses artificial intelligence to read, summarise, rank, classify, prioritise and generate context around third-party information. AI is involved in producing most outputs you see, including briefings, signals, conviction reasons, radar matches, tags, and any text labelled as background, analysis, implications, or any similar feature, label or output, however described.

AI systems have known limitations that cannot be fully engineered out. They can fabricate facts, numbers, names, dates, sources and quotations that appear plausible but are not real. They can state errors with confidence and without warning. They can produce text that reads as directive, advisory, or recommendatory - including language that sounds like an instruction to buy, sell, hold, or take any other action - even where the Service is designed not to produce such language. They can misinterpret source material, miss important context, or weight items in ways that do not reflect their real-world significance.

kronical designs, prompts and constrains the Service to minimise these behaviours and to keep outputs informational. We cannot guarantee that every output will conform to that design. Any output that reads as advice, instruction, or a recommendation is not intended as such, regardless of how it is phrased, and the rest of this Disclaimer - in particular sections 02, 03 and 04 - applies to it in full. You remain solely responsible for verifying information and for any decisions you take.

05Third-party sources

kronical may link to or reference third-party websites, platforms and data sources. kronical does not control these sources and is not responsible for their content (including any prices, percentages, or numerical values quoted within), availability, or any changes to them.

06Integrations and custom agents

The Service allows you to connect third-party services (for example, Telegram, Discord, Slack, Notion, Google Sheets, or Polymarket) as integrations, and to build custom agents that use those integrations. Depending on the integration and how you configure it, kronical may transmit data to the third-party service, retrieve data from it, or both. Where you connect an integration, you authorise kronical to exchange data with that service on your behalf, in line with the workflow or custom agent you have set up.

Third-party services connected as integrations are operated by parties we do not control and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. kronical is not responsible for the availability, behaviour, accuracy, or content of those services, for any action they take, or for any consequences of data you choose to exchange with them. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of any integration complies with the third party's terms and with any applicable laws.

Where an integration connects you to, or the Service displays data from, a prediction-market or event-contract venue (including Polymarket), Section 06B (Prediction markets and event contracts) applies in addition to this Section.

06AMCP server and third-party AI assistants

The Service offers a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. This is a separate feature from integrations: you take a kronical API key and connect it to your own AI assistant (for example, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or any other AI system you authenticate). Your AI assistant then queries kronical on your behalf. kronical is the data source; your AI assistant is the actor. We do not direct, supervise, shape, or take responsibility for the questions your AI assistant asks, the use it makes of any data returned, the answers it produces from that data, or any decisions you take based on its outputs. Your AI assistant operates under your control and under the terms and privacy policy of its provider.

06BPrediction markets and event contracts

Where the Service references or links to prediction markets, event-contract platforms, or similar venues (including Polymarket), the regulatory treatment of those venues varies significantly by jurisdiction and is your responsibility to determine before use.

United States. Some event-contract venues operate as exchanges regulated by the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). Event contracts are not securities, are not registered with or supervised by the Securities and Exchange Commission, and are not protected by the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC). Access may additionally be restricted or prohibited at the state level regardless of federal status; you are responsible for confirming the position in your state.

United Kingdom. Prediction-market and event-contract venues referenced through the Service are not authorised by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, and operate outside the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS).

European Union and elsewhere. A number of jurisdictions restrict, prohibit, or have enforcement action pending against prediction-market venues. Availability and lawfulness of access in your jurisdiction is your responsibility to determine.

kronical does not provide advice on, and accepts no responsibility for, your access to, use of, or participation in any prediction market or event-contract venue.

07No regulatory authorisation

kronical is not a broker, dealer, investment manager, or adviser. kronical does not execute trades, hold client funds, provide custody services, or manage accounts.

kronical is not authorised or regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). In the United States, kronical is not registered as an investment adviser or broker-dealer with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and is not a member of FINRA.

Where applicable, kronical is not authorised or regulated by any equivalent financial services regulator in other jurisdictions.

08Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, kronical disclaims all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, including any direct or indirect loss, loss of profit, trading loss, loss of opportunity, or loss of data, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise.
